Time/Dates: 4:00-9:00 Friday 9:00-5:00 Saturday // Sept. 11/12; Oct. 2/3; Oct. 23/24

Location: JCC: Building 5, Room 211

Purpose: The purpose of this course is to provide and in depth experience in utilizing computer graphics for presentation and instructional purposes.  Course topics are chosen to provide students with a base knowledge that is then applied in a more in depth Quicktime VR project.

Requirements:

SuperPaint Project

Powerpoint or Hyperstudio Presentation consiting of modified digital images

Morphing Project

Quicktime VR Project

Digital Storage: Each student is required to have two 3.5" floppy disks for storage.

Software Available:
5 Macs in the lab have Superpaint installed.
5-10 Macs in the lab have Hyperstudio installed.
All PowerMacs in the lab have Powerpoint installed as part of Microsoft Office.
It is possible that you will have to do Superpaint work on one machine, and switch machines to work in Hyperstudio or Powerpoint.
