Week 2 Ideas

Back to Weekly Listing
#1) Gridlock on the Gridiron A Football game in which the teams consist of members of the Democrat and Republican parties. For instance, Newt could be snapping the ball to Dole on one team, and Clinton and Gore could be lined up at linebacker ready to blitz. Each player has unique statistical characteristics (speed, strength, agility, etc...) Team players not limited to current members party members, but past party members as well (Reagan, Nixon, FDR, JFK, etc...) Independents like Stockdale and Perot would be referees.
#2)Leisure Sports With the Gods Match up your favorite Deities against each other in a leisure sports extravaganza. Choose from perennial all-stars such as Jesus, the Buddha, Confucious, Zeus, Mohammed and others as you pit their unique skills against each other in leisure sports such as Billiards, Volleyball, Darts, and Softball. Playing Fields would also be supernatural (ie. play pool with the solar system and pocket Mars into the Sun). Options to pit Greek gods team vs. Biblical hero (or other religious teams) team also included. Fun for the whole family.
#3) Moonshiner: Set back in the years of prohibition, you must create stills to make your moonshine, and then smuggle it to accross the county line to your distributer. Some rudimentary brewing skills will be learned, as well as some ways of getting around the laws. Bribe the local sheriff to make things easier. Should be as historically accurate as possible to make it a learning experience as well!
#4) Lacrosse Arcade style lacrosse game. Draft players, go for the championship
#5) Arcade style indoor soccer game. Commodore 64 had MISL soccer about 8 years ago, but I haven't seen a good one since.
#6) Sim Gangster Rapper Play as Gusto, Coolio, or even Snoop Doggy Dog as you live the life of a ganster rapper. Gain popularity through your profane lyrics and lude antics. Compose your own unique Ganster rap songs!
#7) Virtual Max Live the life of a inner city street dog. Choose your breed, and then survie the adventures of finding food and shelter in the tough inner city. Confront other dogs, people, and dog catchers. Your goal: to make it to that large farm home in Ohio.
