Anthony Betrus / Activity Information	Good afternoon, This email is a request for your participation in the 2011 Grad Finale. The Grad Finale is scheduled for April 6, 2011 from 9:30am -6pm in the Barrington Student Union Lobby. The Grad Finale is an organized attempt to get all offices / departments that students need to see, to meet all requirements to graduate. Sort of one stop shopping! Students can also pick up their cap & gowns, order graduation announcements, class rings, etc. The Grad Finale is sponsored by The College Store and Josten's. We try to make the day very festive by decorating with balloons, finger foods available through out the day, musical groups performing, photos with the President, Alumni office usually serves ice cream and we try to have a local photographer on hand to make appointments for senior pictures.... any suggestions would be appreciated. It is important to have every office represented in order to make it worth while for the students. Please let me know if you are willing and able to participate this year.
