Text Box: Conclusions
Synthesis of nanoporous TiO2 was developed for supported Pt-Ru and Pt-Fe catalysts for MeOH oxidation
Enhancement of catalytic properties of TiO2-supported bimetallic catalysts observed in PDF Voltammetry is most likely due to withdrawal of electrons from catalyst clusters and out-diffusion of COad poisoning species to the supporting film followed by desorption or oxidation
Surface dynamics of reactants and intermediates, as well as of the catalyst adatoms and clusters, has been evaluated and shown to play an important part in the methanol oxidation reaction catalysis
New electronic effects of secondary metal component on COad adsorption energy and surface diffusivity have been found
Strong electron delocalization has been observed for catalyst clusters: TiO2|Pt0.3Fe0.7
