Use of Technology in Higher Education

Imagine that you were writing a paper on using technology in college ecourses. Which of the following pages contains information that is most objectively reliable? Why? Also, can you still use the information that you are given on the pages you considered less objective? How? These pages are fairly similar and somewhat more difficult to assess, but see if you can detect any inherent biases or predispositions in these pages.
