F401: Simulation and Gaming
The final project should emphasize the following:
- Spellchecked/Grammar Checked
- Proper format with readable fonts, headings,
and subheadings (I don't care how you do it, just make it consistent).
- An overview of the game
- A description of the story behind the game
- A description of the interface, include ilustrated
visuals (storyboards)
- If multiplayer, what environment is this to be
played multiplayer (ie. Local area network, internet, classroom, modem,
direct serial link, etc . .. ) How do players interact with the game AND
other players in multiplayer mode? Does the player affect the environment
so others can see it, is there direct interaction, both? How does this
differ or remain similar to other multiplayer games. Be creative here,
as this is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the report.
- If a simulation, a description of how you will
familiarize the player with the interface.
- A minimum of 15 pages including visuals
if done by 1 person, 20 pages including visuals if done by 2 people, or
25 pages including visuals if done by 3 people.
